Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused items in their original decorative boxes and include all protective inserts to ensure the delicate filigree and packaging remain undamaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to verify their brand-new condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
